With over 100 AACS student-athlete participants last summer, AACS will be offering the Bigger, Faster, Stronger (BFS) program for the third year in a row. BFS workouts are run by AACS coaches in the Kilby Athletic Center at the high school campus. BFS training is a combination of weight lifting, plyometrics, and speed and agility drills. Developing core strength is the main focus of the training.
BFS training is free and open to all AACS students in rising grades 7-12. There will be two 3-week sessions: June 11-29 and July 9-27. Morning sessions run Monday-Friday with boys going from 8:00-9:30 AM and girls from 9:30-11:00 AM.
